Frontier Perform is our advanced strength and conditioning program designed for experienced athletes looking to take their training to the next level. Built with a strong emphasis on Olympic lifting, gymnastics skills, structured strength development, and purposeful conditioning, Perform is ideal for those who want more depth, progression, and intention in their training.
Each week follows a carefully planned structure that blends technical lifting, athletic skill work, and conditioning designed to improve overall performance without burning you out. Classes are coached in a supportive, focused environment where movement quality, consistency, and long-term progress come first.
Frontier Perform is intelligently programmed for members who want to get stronger, move better, and continue developing their skills in a sustainable way.
